Nicola Ward

Nicola started at Georgesons Estate Agents in 2014 when the Tain branch first opened, she had a big role in forming this branch alongside Karen, who is also her (long suffering) sister.

Nicola has an experienced background in Administration and took a lot of her skills with her helping set up the new branch.

The manager of the Tain office, she has two dedicated members of staff that work alongside her. Nicola left the business for a brief period in 2015 to have a baby and returned in 2016 on a part-time basis. Although only in the office part-time Nicola works for home to manage the day to day running of the office.

In 2017 along with Karen, Nicola achieved a qualification in letting and management, which are now compulsory, she is currently working to achieve a qualification in Estate Agency, although not compulsory.

Nicola grew up in Tain when her parents relocated from Caithness due to work commitments meaning she has a wealth of knowledge of both the Caithness and Ross-Shire areas.

She has settled down in the Tain area where she loves spending time with her family, going on lots of trips to local beaches with their two mad and energetic Labradors.
